A different kind of coaching
Become more fully, yourself.
Many of us spend years trying to fix ourselves
We get caught in familiar patterns—self-doubt, perfectionism, inner conflict, or uncertainty about what comes next. We work harder, push through, and try to overcome what feels wrong.
The parts of you that feel anxious, critical, stuck, or overwhelmed are not flaws to eliminate. They developed for a reason, often in an effort to protect you.
Together, we’ll create space to understand all parts of yourself, including the ones you struggle with most. As those parts feel heard and supported, new possibilities for clarity and lasting change can naturally emerge.
Something in you knows there's another way.
You want to trust yourself.
You long for more ease.
You want to move through the world with more confidence and freedom - for your inner landscape to feel like a place you can call home.
What you won’t find here:
A focus on solutions before understanding what lies beneath.
Pressure to overcome, or eliminate parts of yourself.
Advice that overlooks your own inner wisdom.
Growth fueled by striving rather than self-understanding.
What you will find here:
A grounded, respectful space where every part of you is welcome.
A place where you don’t have to pretend, perform, or have it all figured out.
An integrative approach that honors the wisdom of your mind, body, and inner experience.
A more trusting, compassionate relationship with yourself.
Our Partnership
With nearly two decades of experience supporting clients, I specialize in helping individuals deepen in relationship to who they truly are and actualize more of what they care about in the world. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is the primary modality I use along with mindfulness, self-compassion and embodiment. This work is very meaningful to me and I bring not only professional experience, but a deep, personal understanding of the healing process.
Sensitive Strength
Many people I work with identify as sensitive.
The parts of you that feel deeply, care deeply, and long for meaning are not obstacles to self-actualization.
When understood and supported, they can become a source of wisdom, creativity, connection, and insight.
Sensitivity is not a flaw to overcome.
It may be one of your greatest strengths.
Testimonials
I’ve been in talk therapy for a very long time and while I’ve found that work tremendously valuable, this work has been surprisingly clear and complete in what its helped me unearth, understand and work through. — Shannon Michael W.
“The safe, trusting relationships I've built with the people close to me and the deep, expressive relationship I’ve developed with myself are beyond what I ever could have imagined. Working with Emily is, hands down, the best thing I have ever done for myself.” — Katie L.
“Emily offers an extraordinarily safe, non-judging space in which I've been able to be utterly vulnerable. She truly addresses the Whole Self. She's guided me to discover deeper connections between my mind and body and perhaps most importantly, helped me to foster my self-compassion. The change has been palpable. — Andrew F.
