This interactive training offers practical tools and perspectives from the evidence-based Mindful Self-Compassion program, designed with helping professionals in mind.
In this 4-session training, you will learn tools for:
Authentic self-care and self-compassion in daily life
On-the-spot practices for stressful moments (with clients, in meetings, with family)
Softening self-criticism and perfectionism
Meeting difficult emotions with greater ease
Alleviating burnout and caregiving fatigue
Upon completion of this program, you will be positioned to teach simple self-compassion practices to others, drawing from your own experiences in the training.
