We believe taking medication or not taking medication is a delicate question. We are here to be your ally in listening around what is working or not working for you. We take time to assess the whole picture as well as offer education on choices.

My brother was labeled ADHD in elementary school and took Ritalin for years. He struggled with many side effects, primarily the feeling of not being free to be himself. My brother is one of my heroes, a remarkable father, and one of the most creative people I know.
