In today’s episode, Elizabeth Suzanne Shapiro shares her No Wrong Way Ritual Recipe. We speak about fear and how connecting to that which is greater can support us when crossing thresholds and processing challenging emotions.
Elizabeth is a licensed clinical social worker, therapeutic ritualist, and healing artist. She’s also a certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner.
After serving marginalized communities as a therapist for over 8 years, Elizabeth felt compelled to explore more holistic approaches to empower emotional wellness. She is pioneering the No Wrong Way Ritual Revolution, and encourages individuals to find their own way to connect to that which is greater than themselves. As we dance with the divine, she feels we can utilize ceremony as a sacred tool for us to truly know, grow, and love ourselves.
In her business, Rites of the Heart, she co-creates and officiates a variety of ceremonies supporting radical self love and sacred partnership. Elizabeth offers holistic healing, integrating energy medicine and psycho-spiritual counseling for youth, adults, and couples. Additionally, she facilitates workshops, retreats, and women’s circles, and mentors young women through initiatory rites of passage.
